Thank you to all who have supported the Padua Athletic
Booster club. We will continue to need your support as we move forward to help
offset the cost of our athletic program. The school Administration asks that we
raise $20,000.00 annually to contribute to the cost of our athletic program.
This contribution is then used to cover the cost of uniforms, equipment for all
teams and supplies for the training staff. Our uniforms are purchased on a
rotating schedule (about every 2-3 years) so every year we are purchasing
uniforms for a couple of our teams. In the past four years we have met our
requested contribution and purchased the following.
Flowers for parents days
Patches and Banners
Food, beverages and supplies for parents day and season
ending banquets
Coaches shirts
Picture buttons
Locker decorations
Additional yearly cost, $5,000.00
$4,000.00 in 01-02 to finish the installation of new
backboards.
$2,300.00 in 02-03 to bring pole vault pit up to OHSAA &
National regulations
$1,000.00 in 02-03 for " Padua Boosters " signage
Our goal for the 03-04 year is to purchase and or aid in the
purchase of new wrestling mats, replace video equipment for all sports and a
software scouting package.
All we have done and hope to do requires your support and
the support of others. We do not ask for direct contributions or have "
pay to play " but ask that you support our fundraising events. At these
events you will get good food, meet good people and have a good time.
